

She may be gone from our sight but will never be gone from our hearts. She is free from pain and dancing in the sky.
She was born on February 26, 1958 in Peoria, IL to Thomas and Ina (LeMay) Caruso.
She is survived by her daughter Alesha (Zac Edwards) Caruso of Pekin; two grandsons, Ayden and Adrian and another grandchild due in may; four siblings, Karen (Terry) Surratt of Peoria, Cheryl Tiamzon of Peoria, David Caruso of Bartonville, and Cindy Caruso of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews; one aunt, Wanda Bradley of Peoria, along with a cousin, Jean Grammatico of bartonville whom she thought of like a sister. Along with many other cousins. She also leaves behind many special friends who helped her throughout her life journey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her animals and many other extended family and friends.
Debbie served in the Air National Guard for 39 years before retiring and then worked at McDonalds for 10 years until her passing. She also volunteered at the American legion post 979 selling raffle tickets on Wednesday nights. . She enjoyed dancing, doing crafts, spending time with her grandkids, being outside and walking. She will be remembered for her love of taking care of others and her animals, her strong morals, and compassion for everyone she met.
A celebration of life is pending and will be held at the American legion. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
