She was born February 18, 1944 in Peoria to William and Marie (Snodgrass) Black. She married Michael “Mike” Manz on October 10, 1964 in Bartonville. He survives along with one sister, Melodye Sweetin of Valrico, FL, one sister-in-law, Fannie Black of Peoria, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Donna Harris, Beverly LaHue, and two brothers: Edmond Black and Ronald Black.
In her early years Jackie worked for R.G LaFourneau in Peoria. She was a former member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Bartonville.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Snyder Village.
