He was born on July 14, 1939, in Bloomington, Illinois to Lawrence and Emma (Cremeens) Pistole. He married Marion L. Mason on December 4, 1976. She preceded him in death on May 13, 2019.
Jack was also preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Frank Pistole, Bob Pistole, and Earl Dean Pistole; and sisters, Ann Rogers, and Betty Pauls.
He was survived by several nieces and nephews.
Jack went to Bartonville Grade School and graduated from Limestone High School, class of 1957. He worked at Keystone Steel & Wire for 43 years, and served for 2 years in the United States Army.
He enjoyed sports, and fishing trips to Chetek, Wisconsin, where Jack and Marion made a lot of new friends and good memories.
Burial will take place at Swan Lake Memory Gardens. Celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
