Bill was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Although I hadn't seen him in a good number of years, I will always remember his smile and his great sense of humor. My heart goes out to all his friends and family. I know he is making the angels laugh.

Bill was a good man to know and a great friend to have. I will miss him.  I am proud to call him friend and prouder to call him family.

Oh grandpa Bill, how much I love you so darn much. You'll be missed by so many people including me & the family. I miss you so terribly much. We'll all reunite one day. I love you with all my heart, your in a better place now.

All my thoughts of him are great ones. I grew up next door to him. He always made sure me and my family were ok and i thank him very much for this. One of my fondest memorys of him was the day my daghter got out of the yard. I was so scaried and come to find out she had been setting on the porch with him . He said i ask her if you knew where she was and she said yes. And then he just laugh at me. He was a sweet man and will be missed by all. Bill Royer was one of the best friends anyone could have.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
