Mary Patricia Bollinger

Pat was born on August 5, 1939 to John and Veneta (Sinks) Hight. She married the love of her life Ray Bollinger on April 30, 1966. He preceded her in death on July 7, 2023.

She is also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Virginia Weller.

Pat is survived by her four legged buddies Allie, Timmy, and Skippy. Although she never had any kids of her own, she had many nieces and nephews whom she loved and care for dearly.

Pat was a homemaker and always made sure Ray was taken care of.

She was a huge Elvis fan and at one time was the President of his fan club. Pat and Ray loved to load up their camper and travel seeing much of the world.

If you knew Pat, you knew how stubborn she was and knew she was a fighter. Battling breast cancer years ago, she beat it. Then later being diagnosed with an incurable blood cancer. She gave it her all fighting to the end and never gave up.

Although she will be greatly missed here, we are at peace knowing she is back with the love of her life.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pat's name to TAPS.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Lutheran Cemetery, Peoria.
