Dear Diza, 
At this moment you are gathering with loved ones and friends to celebrate a man who loved much, played hard  and worked
diligently for his family. 
I remember when you first started to date while you where students. I still drive past that area and think about the two of you.
I am grateful for our last time at Devils Lake and wished it had been less windy, but that did not stop us from enjoying that time or the night before at the Dells restaurant. 
Let,s do that this summer. Rent a cabin and spend time with the family. Lora will help plan the details with you!
Know that I am praying you along this journey!

To Diane, Gina and Christine, I was so sorry to hear this.  My sincerest condolences for you.   In life there are a few people that make a real difference in your life.   Bob made a difference in mine.   He believed in me enough to pursue me to take a route with 7UP - Joyce Beverages in Peoria.  He called me several times over the first year after I graduated from ISU.   He convinced me and I did.  It was because of this my life took a turn.   I met Theresa my wife there.  She was calling on the same grocery stores I was, Randall's, Kroger, John Bee, etc.   Bob was a good friend and boss.  Although I 'm sure the guys and I gave him grief as result of his good sense of humor.  He ended up following me to Curtis 1000.  He was much more successful with Curtis then I was.  He is gone to soon.   I have been seeing how happy and proud he has been being a grandfather from the social media posts and pictures.  I thought we would have had a chance to see him and Diane again.   May God, give you comfort and Bob rest and peace.  

Hey Diane, Gina, and Christine,
I was heartbroken to hear about Bob’s passing. My father shared it with me on Saturday, and he and mom are just as sad. We all loved Bob very much. Bob and my father were such great friends and golfing pals. The memories we all made as families, friends, and neighbors are still talked about all these years later. We cherished every moment, and Bob was so kind and funny with me and my brother while we grew up. We will always have a special place in our hearts for him and all of you. It was so good seeing him and you, Diane, at my father’s 65th birthday party. It was like no time had passed at all. You all have our utmost condolences during this difficult time.

- to the extended family of  Bob Grosse, I would like to express  my sincerest sympathy!  Bob was a great friend to many! He and I had shared that friendship that was only separated by geographical distance!  We grew up attending the same grade school and high school in Middleton Wis.  We spent many a weekend together either on my parents farm or I at his parents house. It might have been bayling hay on the farm or splitting wood at his parents home but it was always fun being together.  Our first employment was together working for his uncle Ken Metz landscaping.  Later on we were in each other’s weddings!  RIP Bob,  you will be dearly missed by all who knew you!  

Janet and I are so sad to hear of Bob’s passing. I enjoyed being his dentist all those years…he was a very nice guy and very proud of his family!

My sympathy to you and your family.  Robert was my first cousin and I live in Prairie du Sac WI I remember Robert in high school and hope that the memories will be with you.
