She was born December 24, 1965 in Peoria to Andrew and Carol Sue (Jones) Lowe. She married Steven Stallings on May 22, 1992 in Peoria. He survives along with four children: Jennifer Stallings, Sophia Stallings, Alexis Stallings, Alex Stallings, all of Pekin, one grandchild, one sister, Julie (Robert) Sharum of East Peoria, two brothers: Andrew (Jamie) Lowe III of Peoria, Jeffery (Amy) Lowe of Ft Myers, FL, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donnie Lowe.
Tonya was a Home Health Care aide for Comfort Keepers.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 4 to 6 p.m. followed by funeral services at 6 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.
