Barbara Carter Tilley

Barbara Carter Tilley, 63, of Snow Creek, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018. She was born in Martinsville to Jadie Gauldin Carter and the late Posey L. Carter, Jr. She was a member of Snow Creek Christian Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, George Russell “Buster” Tilley, son; Shane Tilley, daughter; Lauren Tilley, sisters; Brenda (Dale) Matherly, Janie (David) Hall, Susan (Dwayne) Hatchett, and Sandra Clark, step-daughter; Christy Yaple, and step-grandson, Nick Yaple, many nieces, and one nephew. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Snow Creek Christian Church with Pastor Bill Oliver officiating.
