Texas passed away on Wed, 28, 2012
in Jourdanton, Texas at the age of 98. She
was born Oct 8th, 1914 in Breckenridge,
MO to Chester and Henrietta Edwards.
Preceding her in death was her husband,
Jesse V. Gregg; son, Gary V. Gregg; sister,
Ruth Baugess; and her mother and father.
She is survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great
grandchildren and 1 sister. She was active
in the Bastrop Christian Church, Order of
the Eastern Star, Bastrop Senior Center,
Bastrop Opera House, Dancing Dollies
Dance team, Spiritual Pilgrims, and many
other activities throughout the Bastrop
area. She retired in 1972 from the U.S.
Postal service after serving for 26yrs.
Funeral Services will be held at: Marrs,
Jones, Newby Funeral Home with
interment at Fairview cemetery at 1pm
