Peggy Marie Claiborne

Peggy was a loving mother, sister, aunt and cousin and has finally gone home to be with the Lord.

Peggy worked for the State of Texas for over 20 years and Tracy’s Drive N for over 15 years. She was a collector of owls and tins. She enjoyed going to festivals and road trips with her son and other family. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed; missed but not forgotten.

We cannot forget that big smile that would brighten everyone’s day!

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Carl Gus and Theresa Volkers and sister Linda Volkers Raburn.

Peggy is survived by: son, Jack (Jay) Dyer Claiborne III; sister, Betty Volkers Ovcarik; niece, Lori Raburn; as well as a great-niece, Chasidy Dudensing; nephew, James Ovcarik; great- nephews, Austin and Alex; a great-niece, Alyssa; along with numerous cousins and extended family and friends.
