There are people you will run into over time whom you will never forget. Billy Dean was that man. His steady demeanor and simple approach to this complex world made us all slow down and just enjoy the simple things in life, especially good food, good company and good times. He loved his monthly outings to various restaurants with his wife and dear friends, Greg and Vicki Politz.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Charlene Dean, his sister Delores Ann “Tope” Colvin, his step-children Shayne Crouch (Caroline), Tracey Cottano, and Tami Barnes (Trey), Grandchildren: Brandon, Joey, Derrick, Stephanie, Danny, Julia, Joy, Jeri, Jennifer, Tanner, Trinity, Thomas, Tate, and Talia. Billy is also survived by 10 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that are too numerous to list.
He was preceded in death by his parents John “Dadaw” and Ruth “Nanaw” Dean, his biological parents Elisha and Sally Dean Womble, his son John Randall “Randy” Dean and his two grandsons, Taylor and Connor Dean and brother-in-law Roland Colvin.
