Carolyn "Carol" Waters, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010. She was 64 and a native of Oakland, Calif. Carol was a retired office manager with Lindsey's Amusements. Survived by her husband of 46 years, Jim Waters; and two daughters and a son-in-law, Kim Waters, and Stefanie and Steven Berthelot.
