Charles Morris Emory a native of Lake Charles and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 81. He was preceded in death by June Barbay Emory his wife of 61 years in March of this year, his mother Frances Levine and father Lamar Emory. Charlie adored his wife June, he loved helping others and was proud of his service in the United States Marine Corps and the Jaycees. He is survived by sons Chris Emory (Carolyn), Kelly Emory (Susan); grandchildren Jane Emory, Wright Emory, Lauren Emory and Cole Emory; and great granddaughter Kylie Black.
