"Charles Christopher Spillman, a native and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2019 at his residence at the age of 49. He was the owner/ operator of ISC. He is survived by his wife Hillary Hernandez Spillman, mother Mary W. Spillman, daughters Chelsea Marie and Carley Anne, and one granddaughter Iris Diana. He was preceded in death by his father Carl L. Spillman, brother Frank L. Spillman, and sister Cherie Livingston. Interment will be private.
