Dawn and Family, My heartfelt condolence to you family. I am at a loss at this time for the words to express my sorrow. I just read this news on Cookie's Facebook Page and has left me stunned! Just hard to express myself. Comes as a great shock to all our  family. I am Gail Dryden, related to your Mom thru Marie your Grandmother. Cookie and I were same age and we have stayed in touch last few years by Facebook. All the girls from my Mom Cydell, and the daughters of Aunt Cloteal are so saddened tonight. I am so sorry to hear of Cookie’s passing. She was always a good friend to me when we worked together at RRMC, and we stayed in touch after she retired. I will always remember how she urged me  to take more time off after a conference in California  to visit my daughter working at Yosemite National Park, and made sure it got scheduled. She was right—it was a trip I will always treasure. 
I will surely miss her.
