Richards, Douglas A.A Facility Director for Cenikor Foundation and a resident of Baton Rouge, Douglas A. Richards died in Baton Rouge on Sunday, February 28, 2016. He was 60 and a native of Jackson, MI. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd, on Monday, March 7, 2016, from 5 pm until 7 pm with a Memorial Service at 6 pm conducted by Rev. Merlin Liverman. Douglas is survived by his wife of 14 years, Pamela R. Richards; mother, Joanne A. Bisbee; daughter, Joanne Gail Richards; sons, Douglas Angus Richards, Jr, Justin Wade, Chad Wayne and Jeremia Hunter; sister, Mary G. Miller; brother, Christopher A. Richards; and two grandchildren, Eric and Jadin. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard D. Richards; and brother, Todd W. Richards. Douglas was a member of Parkview Baptist Church. Every day Doug woke up, he made it his personal mission to save as many lives as he could from the grips of drug and alcohol addiction. Doug was a great man and will be missed dearly.
