Freida Mansur Sutton

Freida passed away peacefully at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center on Sunday, July 21, 2013. She had immediate family and others at her side. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, David; son and daughter-in- law, Edward and Linsey Sutton; three grandchildren, Mary Morgan and Michael and Annabelle Sutton. Freida is also survived by her brother Peter and his wife Carole Mansur; one sister Paula and her husband Newman Roblin; and one brother-in-law Mickey Sutton. She was a 1964 graduate of St. Joseph's Academy. Freida loved working in her flower gardens and helping others in their's. She loved having lunch with friends. She also enjoyed watching LSU football and baseball. Freida was proud of her Lebanese heritage. She was preceded in death by her mother Sena S. Mansur and her father Eddie C. Mansur. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, Tuesday, July 23, 2013, from 6 pm until 9 pm. Visitation will be at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 12424 Brogdon Lane, on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 from 9:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am celebrated by Father Jerry Martin. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
