Gary Michael Grzybowski was born on February 4th 1953 to Walter and Emily Grzybowski in Schenectady, NY. As a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, LA, Gary passed away on July 26, 2024, at age 71. Gary worked as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch for over 30 years, as well as a philanthropist through organizations such as schools, hospitals, and the Catholic Church. He was extremely passionate about surf fishing in Grand Isle, and even more passionate about being a loving and supportive father to his three sons who survive him – Chris, Garrett, and Kyle. He was also survived by his brother, Peter Grzybowski, and preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gregory Grzybowski. A memorial mass will be held for Gary on Thursday, August 1st, at 1 pm at St. Aloysius Catholic Church (2025 Stuart Ave).
