Retired chemical engineer, resident of Baton Rouge and native of South Carolina, he passed away December 25, 2015, at the age of 86. He was U.S. Air Force veteran having served in the Korean War. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Alice Gagnon McMillan; 3 Daughters, Judith Richardson, Kathryn Mather and husband James and Elizabeth Fraser and husband Robert; 1 Sister, Vera Neal of Walterboro, South Carolina; 5 Grandchildren, Laura Perrin, Spencer Richardson, Kasey Fraser, Keon Fraser Byers, and Richard Mather; 5 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Wilmer McMillan; Brother, Bennie David McMillan; Grandsons, Tyler Richardson and James Fraser. Visitation will be Thursday, December 31, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Baton Rouge from 11 am until Memorial Service at 11:30 am. Interment will follow at Louisiana National Cemetery in Zachary at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran building fund.
