James "Jimmy" Clayton Tullos passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 52. Jimmy was born in Baton Rouge, LA and graduated from Walker High School in 1986. In high school and later in life he worked as a printer. He was most proud of his military service. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years as an electronics expert. Jimmy loved his children, books, and all animals. His nickname was "The Dog Whisperer."
Jimmy is survived by his parents, George Tullos and Cherry Mills; brother, Matt Prairie; sister, Melanie Prairie; children, James Tullos, II and Kelli Tullos. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, O.C. and Liz Tullos and Golden and Betty Mills.
Family and friends are invited to attend the graveside service at 12 pm on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA, conducted by Reverend Brady Whitten of First United Methodist of Baton Rouge.
