Jesse Weber Jr.

He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War as a Communications Technician based out of San Francisco, CA. He later retired from BASF in Geismar in 2006.

He was a devoted husband of over 59 years to his high school sweetheart, Janell Sanches Weber. He was a loving father to Brian, Brent, Katherine (husband Stephen Tyson) and Blair (wife Siobhan)and proud grandfather to Andrew & Nicholas Weber; Ethan, Brynn, & Sophie Weber, Nicholas, Noah, and Samantha Tyson, Alex Weber Sonnier, and Carson, Caleb, Cohen and Cade Weber.

He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Helen and Jesse C. Weber, Sr., brothers Michael and Barry Weber and sister Sandra Weber Roy.

Pallbearers will be his grandsons Ethan, Carson, Caleb, Cohen, Cade, Alex and Andrew.

Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815, on May 16, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The Funeral Service will take place at Greenoaks Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815, on May 16, 2026, at 10:00 am.

Interment will be at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815, on May 16, 2026.
