Ms. Henderson was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Henderson; four children, David Harold Hurst, Merrill Edwin Hurst, Theresa Ann Romano and Patricia Gail Gill; one granddaughter, Lisa Hurst Carnley and 11 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Blackwell; 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:00am Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Greenoaks Funeral Home-9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70815 with visitation from 9:00am to service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
