As a grandmother and great-grandmother, she found her greatest joy in seeing her family grow. She was a hard worker most of her life. Her work ethic was a testament to her strength, but it was her loving heart and the love she had or Jesus that truly defined her. Linda was a true friend to all who knew her, and her home was always a place of comfort and welcome. She is survived by her grandsons, Logan Tullier and his wife, Cara, and Zack Tullier and his wife, Yisel; great-grandchildren, Adalynn Tullier, Giselle Delgado; significant other of 24 years, Rickey Davis, Sr., and his family, Nicole Bailey, Joseph Bailey, Rickey Davis, Jr., Jennifer Davis, Easton Davis, Elizabeth Davis, and Rhett Bailey; and a host of other loving family members. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Fernandez; daughter, Karen Starns Tullier; mother, Leah Coulon Richards; and her Aunt Anna. There will be a private celebration of life and burial.
