A resident of Greenwell Springs, Mary died at the Carpenter House at 11:44 am on Wednesday, September 16, 2015. She was 79 and a native of Ida. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East Chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd, on Sunday, Sept. 20, from 4 pm until 6 pm and resumes on Monday, Sept. 21, from 10 am until religious services at 11 am conducted by Rev. George Threeton. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Bo Bennett; son and daughter-in-law, James M. and Lynelle Meadows; sister, Billie Jean Foster Bond of Houston; grandchildren, Joshua Meadows, Lindsey Oosterveld and husband Tim, Trey Bennett and wife Casey, Melissa Bennett, and Angela Neff and husband Greg; and a great-grandson, Gavyn Meadows. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, James W. "Jim" Meadows III; daughter, Karen Glaze; granddaughter, Erin Glaze; and parents, Ed and Ida Foster.
