
A resident of Baton Rougefor the past 46 years and a native of Cleveland, she died at 5 p.m.Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at Our Lady of theLakeRegionalMedicalCenter. She was 87. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., was on Friday, April 20, from 5 p.m.to 8 p.m., with recitation of rosary at 6 p.m.by the Rev. Jerry Martin. Visitation at St. Thomas More Catholic Church on Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m.until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Michael Moroney, celebrant. Interment will be inGreenoaksMemorial Park. She is survived by her daughter, Bridget M. Ross of Lafayette; sons and their spouses, David G. and Sara M. Ross of Port St. Joe, Fla., Patrick M. and Lynne F. Ross of Destin, Fla., Kevin M. and Carmen D. Ross and Michael J. and Linda T. Ross, all of Baton Rouge, Terrence M. and Rhonda B. Ross of Metairie, and Hugh J. and Cynthia N. Ross of Baton Rouge; seven grandchildren, Erin Croft, Katie Ross, Brian Ross, Bradley Ross, Matthew Ross, Spencer Ross and Claudine Davis; two stepgrandsons, Mitchell Worley and Brandon Worley; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Ross Jr.; parents, William B. and Ida R. Riley; son, William J. Ross III; grandson, William J. Ross IV; brother, Hugh J. Riley; and two sisters, Kathleen R. Wilson and Nancy R. Brown. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and Mr. Tom Kovacovich. She was a member of St Thomas More Catholic Church. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
