

Born on July 15, 1941 and a native of Baton Rouge, passed into eternal life at 2:47 pm on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 80. He was retired from his one and only job with A&P/Super Fresh Grocery Store where he started when he was 17 years old.
Over the years he enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and the great game of golf. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carrie Jean BonEnfant Patureau of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Erin E. Patureau Lennon and husband Travis of Orland, FL, and Leigh R. Patureau Johnson and husband Randy of Columbia, KY; five grandchildren, Alicia L. Fortier, Brooke N. Fortier, Nathanael C. Johnson, Anna R. Johnson, and Caleb M. Johnson; one great-granddaughter, Raelynn G. Johnson; four sisters, Rachel E. Patureau, Catherine E. Patureau, Dolores Patureau Yoder, and Elmyria T. "Myra" Patureau; one brother, Roger T. Patureau; and two fur babies, Sophie and Pepper.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ross A. Patureau, Jr., and Eunah M. Patureau; and his brother, James. E. Patureau.
There will be no services at this time, but rather a Celebration of Life at a later date.
