Mildred Ward Hastings passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the age of 100. She was born on November 14, 1924, in Norman, AR, and was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Mildred is survived by her children, Linda Graziano (Phil) and David Hastings; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; son-in-law, John Pray; and a host of other family members. Mildred is preceded in death by her husband, William “Dub” H. Hastings, Jr.; daughters, Susan Hastings Pray and Cathy Jo Hastings; granddaughter, Missy Graziano; and grandsons, Alan and Eric Posey. There will be a graveside service at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 10am. The congregation will meet inside Greenoaks Funeral Home at 9:45am to process to the cemetery. Burial will immediately follow.
