Phillip Stanley Wooten, Sr., beloved Father and Husband, was born on April 3, 1942 in Lewisburg, Tennessee and passed away on October 25, 2021. His parents were Joseph Pascal Wooten and Mary Elizabeth Rumbley Wooten. He lived his entire life in Baton Rouge, graduating from Baton Rouge High School. He was very much a “people person” who loved everyone. He is survived by his wife, Dale Lynn Whitehead Wooten; as well as his children: Stephanie Boudreaux, Sonya Boudreaux, Phillip S. Wooten, Jr., and Ryan Lee Wooten. He is also survived by grandchildren Blake, Jordan, Rebecca, Micah, JoJo, Megan, Emily, Anna, and Jake, as well as great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd, on Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 10am until service at 11:30am, conducted by Pastor Steve Farmer. Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery in Springfield, LA. Serving as Pallbearers will be Micah Wooten, Blake Pino, Timothy Hutchinson, Steven Farmer, Micah Farmer, and Caleb Farmer.
