A retired hydraulic mechanic with Scott General and a resident of Baton Rouge, he died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009, in Baton Rouge. He was 72, a native of Ventress and a U.S. Army veteran. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home chapel, 825 Government St., on Friday, Aug. 7, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Michael. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by his wife, Helga Sedlmeier Aguillard, of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Patricia Thibodeaux and husband John, of Prairieville, and Susan Balthazal and husband, Earl, of Arlington, Texas; son, Larry K. Aguillard and wife Rebecca, of Gonzales; brother, Floyd Aguillard, of New Roads; five grandchildren, Eric Aguillard, Katie McMullen, Viktoria, Natalie and Susannah Thibodeaux; and great-granddaughter, Anika McMullen. Preceded in death by his parents, Adele and Dulise Aguillard; infant grandson, Bradley; infant great-granddaughter, Kyrsten; three sisters and three brothers.
