The visitation and funeral service will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Friday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 p.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
Survivors include his mother, Winona Fay Cherry and husband John of Robertsdale, AL; his grandmother, Maxine Marvin of Baton Rouge; daughter, Kristen Aileen Dedon; two brothers, Johnny R. Dedon and wife M. Celeste, and Michael Wayne Cherry; a sister, April Ann Fryer and husband Paul; his granddaughter, Adien-Lynn Clair Dedon.
Preceded in death by his father, James Cleveland Dedon.
