Ruth "Tiny" Womack Bergeron, 87, was born in Baker, LA, on December 7, 1934. She was a longtime resident of Baton Rouge and passed away on March 31, 2022. Ruth was a 1953 graduate of Baker High School where she played basketball and became a majorette after learning how to twirl from drum major Ossie Brown. She participated in parades with the band, as well as being voted Most Athletic. For over 45 years, she made women beautiful as a beautician. She attended Bible Study Fellowship at Florida Baptist Church for 7 years. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Margo Campbell (Paul Owens) and Kandie Bonds (James); granddaughters, Rheagan Sibley (Trey), Brook Hebert (John), Mallory Giglio (Justin), and Sierra Bonds (Joey Kent); great granddaughters: Baleigh Wallace, Carley Wallace (Mason), Mia Sibley, Harrah and Leah Shiflet, and Lily Giglio; great grandsons, Braylin Kent, Gusto Giglio; and sister, Sherry Womack. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Bergeron; 9 siblings, Margie, Pug, Joy, Mona Fay, Dottie, Toby, Jr., Pete, and Buddy; and grandson, Tim Campbell. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 4, at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East at 9 am until service at 11. Burial will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park at noon. Clergy: Russell Hinson; Speakers Michael Acaldo and Mallory Giglio. Pallbearers will be James Bonds, Ronnie Breaux, Justin Giglio, John Hebert, Braylin Kent, Paul Owens, Mason Shows, and Chad Robertson.
