Ruth Beeson Schoonmaker

Mrs. Ruth Schoonmaker was born on September 27, 1921 and passed away Friday, April 18, 2014.  She is survived by Billie Ruth and Jimmy Langlois, JoAnne and Boots Garland, CC and Bobby McCarstle, and Kathleen Weems.  She was most proud of her 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. Mrs. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Lola Beeson; brother, Housin Bernard Beeson; and sister, Mary Angeline Beeson Sutherland; her husband, George Bernard Schoonmaker; daughters, Lee Nora Schoonmaker and Deanne Marie Webb; and grandsons, Kenneth Bernard Ducote and Michael Bradley McCarstle. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd, from 10:00-12:00 pm on Monday, April 21, with services at 12:00 pm.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be her beloved grandsons, Jay Langlois, George Ramsey Langlois, Hank Langlois, Luke Langlois, Scott McCarstle, JJ Weems and Adam Weems.
