

Seth was born on September 6, 2001 in Baton Rouge, LA and passed away peacefully on November 30, 2020 at the age of 19.
Seth was a special individual who had a unique personality and a huge heart. He never met a stranger and loved his family above all else. Seth was a huge Avengers fan and loved to draw, color, and built things with Legos.
He is survived by his parents, Michael Turner and Pamela Kessler; siblings, Tyler, Addison, and Brantley Turner, and Khloe and Alex Ethridge; grandparents, Fred, Jr. and Melody Turner, and E.J. Hano; and his great-grandparents, Robert and Fay Leteff, Fred A. Turner, Sr., and Mittie Kennedy.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Mildred Turner; maternal grandmother, Donna Hano; and aunts, Melinda Bailey and Crystal Hano.
The family would like to give a heartfelt thanks to the Transplant team at Ochsner of New Orleans, Dr. Thomas Young, Megan Lanier, PA, Dr. Ivory Crittendon, Dr. Victor Lucus, and Dr. Jake Kleinmahon; Ms. Jodi and all the nurses/CNA’s on Pediatric 4th Floor; Ochsner Child Phycologist, Clifton Mixon; social workers, Jenn Lamia, Ashley Belding, and Kara Levine; PICU staff, doctors, and nurses, Dr. Lutifat Kashimawo, Maria Turner, Stephanie Fried, and Michelle Chiappetta; his Anesthesiologist, Dr. Dominic Carollo; Camp Pelican staff, Fr. Tony and Cathy Allain; his camp counselors and special friends, Andrew Lopez and Matthew Diasalvo, and last but certainly not least, Dr. Michael Brumund, Pediatric Cardiologist; and the many people who shared their love and support during Seth’s illness.
