Tanna Glaser Berlin

Tannalyn “Tanna” Glaser Berlin, a native of Maringouin, La, was born September 22, 1951 and died peacefully on Tuesday April 4, 2023 surrounded by her loving husband and daughters. She is survived by her husband, Alfred “Trey” Berlin III; her four daughters, Allison Eberts, Angela Andrus (Frankie), Ashley Howard (Tim), and Amy Nikolaus (Emily); and her grandchildren, Anne-Marie Blount (Caleb), Seth Andrus, Evan, Elise, and Garrett Venable, Sarah, Emma, and Carson Howard, and Dell Nikolaus. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Hayden and Teddi Blount. Tanna is also survived by her step-children, J. Edward Traylor III (Cheryl), Alfred “Bubba” Berlin IV (Melanie), Michael Berlin (Anne), and Brian Berlin (Mathilde); step-grandchildren, Ainsley Hodgeson (Orey), Perry and Molly Berlin, George, John, and Bernard “Bear” Berlin; sister, Katie Martin (Wayne); and brother, Ted H. Glaser (Tara). Tanna was preceded in death by her parents, Theo H. Glaser, Jr. and Elsie “Dell” Glaser; brother, Gary Glaser; and niece, Suzanne Martin. Her love for life was evidenced by her strong faith, her many friends, and mostly the love she had for her girls. She enjoyed fishing and traveling with her husband Trey. Her vibrant spirit and selfless love will be deeply missed. Pallbearers will be Frankie Andrus, Seth Andrus, Timothy Howard, Evan Venable, Garrett Venable, and Michael Berlin. Honorary pallbearers are Carson Howard, J. Edward Traylor III, Bubba Berlin, and Brian Berlin. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, April 10th and St. George Catholic Church from 8:30 am until religious services at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 11th. Interment to follow at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery (10450 Bayou Road, Maringouin, La).
