Your mother was a great role model and has such an open mind about everything. I'll never forget and will cherish the phone conversation we shared.  Now that she is gone your strength will be challenged, but know in your heart that her wisdom is always there; it's a part of you  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Thelma was a wonderful friend and client.It was a pleasure having her and her daughters come to the salon.She truely enriched my life by knowing her.God bless her.

Did not know Thelma personally, but knowing her daughter Andrea gives me insight to how she lived her life. A kind, spirited person, as Andrea is. She raised a wonderful, joyful daughter that I am sure will carry on her Mom's spirit thru her. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

I was priviledged to work with Thelma at OGB from 1987 until her retirement. We shared an office as well as a great friendship.  Even after she retired, we would meet at Brunet's restaurant for corn and shrimp soup and catch up on all the news.  She was extremely proud of her family and always had a story to share. I never met Ms. Thelma but she took a personal interest in my daughter and myself as we were friends of her daughter, Andrea.  She seemed genuinely thoughtful, kind, and truly interested in life outside of her realm.  
My thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of sorrow and loss.

I was not fortunate enough to meet her, I can only imagine the person she was.  I feel sure her spirit lives on through her daughters, at least the one I know.  I am there in spirit, wish so much I could be there for the celebration!

Miss Thelma lived her life with grace and true southern hospitality. An adventurous spirit, she embraced life with open arms and was a compassionate friend to all. I'm blessed to have known this remarkably talented woman through my friend and her precious daughter, Andrea. You will be greatly missed!

What awesome memories I have of the many dinners we had at Ms. Thelmas.  She was not only the most gracious host, but one of the most fabulous cooks ever.  She always made me feel so welcomed and as though I was her daughter too.  Truly a graceful and strong lady.  Andrea you were so blessed to have such an amazing Mom!  My thoughts and prayers are with you and Kim.  Take care and know that I am thinking of you.

My good buddy, I will miss our "trips" and the wonderful times we had in Hawaii, Cancun, etc.  You helped make our trips wonderful. I miss you!!!! I will miss our chats.  I guess you are "puttering" with the angels now.  Love and miss you always.

Thelma was a wonderful person.  You couldn't help but love her.  She did light up a room when she entered through the door.  Always a beautiful smile and spirit.  So very sorry for your loss.
