A resident of Greenwell Springs, and a native of New Orleans, he passed away Tuesday February 5, 2013. He was a retired jeweler. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Friday February 8, 2013 from 10am till service time at 2pm. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Cliff is survived by his wife of 35 years Penny Phillips, two daughters Ashley Phillips, of Baton Rouge, and Aleisha and husband Garrett Harris, three grandchildren Austin Businger, Jayden Phillips and Amira Harris, sister Paula and husband Jerry Whisennand, of Gonzales, brother William and wife Vicki Phillips, of Baker, aunt Ella Mae Vigil, of Walker.
