A resident of Denham Springs, she passed away on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009, at age 82. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday, Feb. 9, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m. Survived by her husband, Gary Savoie, of Denham Springs; son, David Raborn, of DeQuincy; stepsons, Gary Savoie Jr., of Opelousas, Kenneth Savoie, of Watson, and Charles Ray Savoie, of Lafayette; stepdaughter, Wanda Mintor, of Florida; brother, Lawrence Pourciau, of Baton Rouge; sisters, Rita Guilluame, of Watson, and Louise Perry, of Texas; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Roland andIrene Pourciau; two sisters, Doris Pourciau and Blanche Perkins; and grandson, Joshuah Savoie.
