
A retired concrete product salesman, he died at 10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008, at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 79 and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting at Broadmoor United Methodist Church on Thursday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Carroll. Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park. He is survived by two daughters, Kitty W. and husband Randy N. Peacock, and Marilee W. Rheams; three sons, Wilbur Clay and Pamela E. Williams, Dale G. and Kimmel H. Williams, and Wayne R. Williams and Stacy Daigle; grandchildren, Beau Williams, Colby and Michelle Williams, Quentin Williams, Jason Prejean, Nicholas Prejean, Cary Williams and Mark Weisberger, Ryan and Sarah Williams, Blake Williams, Damen and Casina Williams, Jeremy and Angelee Williams, Caresa and Brett Lemoine, Brigette and Blake Cutrer, James Peacock, Robert Peacock, Celia Peacock, and Jason and Tracey Rheams: and 16 great-grandchildren, Nathan Williams, Emily Williams, Abigail Williams, Lilah Weisberger, Reed Williams, Clay Williams, Ruby Williams, Alyssa Williams, Gabriel Williams, Hannah Williams, Wyatt Williams, Maddoux Williams, Kailyn Lemoine, Hailey Lemoine, Zachary Rheams and Savannah Rheams. Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Inez Richmond Williams; and parents, Kirk E. Sr. and Marietta B. Williams. He was a member of Broadmoor United Methodist Church, Grand Lodge of Louisiana and Fraternal Order of Eagles. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Broadmoor United Methodist Church or a charity of choice.
