A U.S. Air Force veteran, he passed away peacefully at his home Monday, April 25, 2011, at age 65. Survived by his three daughters, Paige M. Smith, Natalie C. McKay, and Lindsey M. Daniel and husband Brandon; three grandchildren, Nicholas Cosby, Conrad Smith and Brooke Daniel; and three sisters, Carol Ann Terry, Susan Schneider and Kathy Hudson. Preceded in death by his parents, Dr. W.K. McKay, DDS, and Billie C. McKay. Memorial visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., on Friday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Inurnment in Port Hudson National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Friday.
