William H. Reeves, Jr.

Bill was a welder at Exxon and retired after 30 plus years of service. He grew up in the car business. It was always a passion in his life, along with his two sons, as long as it didn’t interfere with his love of fishing with his grandson, Christopher. Bill’s favorite day of the year was April Fools’ Day, where he looked forward to pulling his yearly prank on unsuspecting family. He always made people smile with his quick wit and flirtatious nature. Bill is survived by sons, Kevin Reeves and Chad Reeves; grandchildren, Stephanie Holland, Carson, Jessi and Jenny Reeves; sister, Maxine Paille; and numerous other extended family. Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Reeves; parents, Hollis and Charlene Reeves; daughter, Cherie Reeves; grandson, Christopher Holland.

Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Monday, January 29, 2018, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, from 9:00AM until the time of funeral service at 12:00PM. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
