Ruth Miriam Santiago Ramos, de 76 años,residente de Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. falleció el 21 de octubre de 2023. nació el 2 de mayo de 1947 en el pueblo de Utuado, Puerto Rico.

Ruth dejó a su esposo, Heber Cortés Rivera, su hijo Heber David Cortés Santiago y su hija Lennin Ruth Cortés Santiago. quienes se encuentran apenados ante su partida.

El servicio funeral para Ruth se realizará en Álvarez Memorial y siguiendo su voluntad su cuerpo será cremado.
