Catherine “Kitty” Cantrell, 81, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend went home to be with her Lord early Sunday, September 10, 2006. She was born in Alexandria, LA on June 27, 1925 and had been a resident of Baytown since 1952.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Joe Tate officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday, September 13, 2006, 2:00 p..m. at the Alexandria Memorial Gardens in Pineville, LA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, and brother and is survived by her husband of 59 years, C. Jack Cantrell; sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Enid Cantrell, John Cantrell, and Dennis and Laurel Cantrell; grandchildren, Kara and Kevin; and niece, Connie Brooks.
