Charlotte Ann Downs

She was preceded in death by her father, H. A. Dunn and husband, Billy Wayne Downs. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Gary Downs, David Downs, Doug Downs, and Steven and Megan Downs; mother, Clarice Dunn of Greenwood, MS; brothers and sisters-in-law, Malone and Muffett Dunn and Kenneth Dunn, all of Black Hawk, MS and Allen and Joan Dunn of Carrolton, MS; sister-in-law, Hazel Downs of Baytown; grandchildren, Michelle Webb, Joshua Downs, Holly Yarborough, Heather Manning, David Albert Downs, Mary Catherine Downs, Rebecca Downs, Conner Downs, and Kylie Downs; and great grandchildren, Jonathan David Webb, Rose Webb, Sarah Webb, Matthew Webb, Serena Flores, and Shay Downs.

Graveside service will be Monday, March 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Chaplain Sunny Langlinais officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be her sons and Scott Manning and Pat Yarborough.
