Debra Hallman-McGregor

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Glenn Fregia and grandparents, Irving and Bella Gleason. She is survived by her husband, Charles McGregor of Channelview; daughters and sons-in-law, Kristen and Michael Hernandez of Baytown and Jennifer and Joel Scianimanico of Jacksonville, FL; son, Brandon York of Baytown; stepdaughter, Mallori McGregor of Lubbock; mother, Kay Fregia of Baytown; father and stepmother, George & Verna Fox of Merrimack, NH and stepmother, Shirley L. Dodge of Manchester, NH; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Barbara Fox and Steven and Stacey Fox, all of Baytown; half brother and half sister-in-law, Brian and Jennifer Fox of Goffstown, NH; grandchildren, Joshua Greer, Alyssa Hernandez, Brooklyn Scianimanico, Lexi York and Bryant Scianimanico; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday, December 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Brad Hoffmann and Rev. Herman Moten officiating. At her request, her body will be cremated afterwards.
