Florence enjoyed her time as a stay at home mom, raising her daughters. She had a passion for sewing, and helping her husband build doll houses.
She was preceded in death by her husband Byron Compton, and grandson James Thomas Yates.
She is survived by her daughters, Penny Yates, and Peggy Compton; grandchildren Kyle and wife Michelle Yates, Don Saladrigas, Stephanie Saladrigas and Kelly McClure; great-grandchildren Krystal and husband Andrew Martinez, Cameron Yates, Aaron Yates, Tyler Saladrigas and Bailey Meece, Riley Saladrigas and Mason Bird; great-great-grandchildren, Xavier Duran, Andrew Martinez II and Kimberlyn Saladrigas.
Funeral services will be on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 2 p.m. and visitation held one hour prior. Committal to follow at Earthman Memory Gardens.
