Frances Doran, 63, of Plantersville, TX, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at her home. She was born February 22, 1951 in Poughkeepsie, New York to her late parents, Edward Ray Kelley and Marion Todd Kelley. She was a former entrepreneur and previous owner of several costume shops in Florida, Georgia, New York and Texas at the renaissance festival. Frances' enjoyments in life were belly dancing, costume designing, and her family and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents and her late husband, Thomas Doran. Survivors include her sisters, Cheryl Spurgeon and Linda Kelley, her brothers, David and Edward Kelley, her boyfriend J.D., children, Kelly Berthelot and her husband Don of Narco Louisiana, Robin Dyson, T.J., Doran and his wife Amanda of Clearlake, Chris Doran and his wife Martha of La Porte; grandchildren, Christina Berthelot, Megan Berthelot, Taylor Burnett, Kyle Burnett, Delilah Dyson, Ryan Doran, Thomas Doran and William Doran and a great granddaughter Mia McConahie, several nieces and nephews and her loyal furry companions Ember and Darby.
