Gayle Stevens

She was preceded in death by parents, Francis Merriweather and Laura Miller; husband, Calvin Stevens; brother, Wade Merriweather; sisters, Wanda Merriweather and Jayne Sullivan; and infant daughter, Louflecia Beadles. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Henry ""Buck"" Beadles of Beach City, Andrew and Connie Beadles of Grand Saline, Camellia Garrett of Spring, and Belinda and Randy Gray of Pearland; sisters and brother-in-law, Anne Marioneaux and Kay Berryhill, both of Kountze and Alice and Robert Vaughn of China; and 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday, April 10, 2015, beginning at 9:00 a.m. with a funeral to follow at 10:00 a.m. with Jesse Flowers officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at San Jacinto Memorial Park in Houston.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons.
