

Gladys was born to Jasper Cleveland Haley and Gladys Ray Cooper, August 21, 1941, in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1959. She was married to James Paul Lansford for 44 years, and they lived together in Highlands, Texas. Together they raised 5 children.
She is survived by: Her children, Randall Lansford, wife, Cynthia Lansford of Dayton, Gary Lansford of Livingston , Kelly Lansford Shaw, husband Charlie Shaw of Highlands, Penne Lansford Davis of Highlands. Her sister Ella Ray Jeter of Highlands and Mike Haley and wife Beverly of Highlands. Grandchildren, James Shaw, Andrew Shaw, Haley Lansford, Taylor Lansford, Miriah Davis, great grandchildren Apryl Shaw and Karson Kelm. Special relatives, CG and Janice Swick, Charles Mc Knight, And many special nieces, nephews and loving family members.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, husband of 44 years, James Paul Lansford. Son, Jamie Dean Lansford, her parents Jasper and Gladys Haley, brothers, Joe Haley, Bob Haley, Pete Haley, and Kenneth Haley.
Gladys worked as a waitress for a few years before becoming a wife and homemaker. Gladys was a lifelong Christian who served the Lord with all her heart. She was a member of The Gospel Lighthouse Church of Baytown. She was known by many for her love of Christ and her power of prayer.
Visitation will be Thursday May the 29th with Family only from 4 PM to 5 PM, and public from 5 PM to 8 PM. A Funeral Service is scheduled at Navarre Funeral Home for Friday, May 30, 2025 at 10:00 am with gravesite services to follow at Earthman Memory Gardens of Baytown.
A reception will follow at The Ranch Offices of Baytown 5232 I-10 East (Sister Harvey’s old church close to Outback). The family would also like to thank Pastor Denny Wells and niece Tammy Lansford Wells for their love and help.
