It is with great sadness that the family of Jamie Lane Carlisle Medico announces her passing away after a week’s sickness at her home in La Porte and went to her heavenly home. She was born on 9-30-1967 in Pasadena, Texas to James and Sandra Kraus. Jamie then had her childhood years in League City, Texas. Jamie had surrendered her life over to Jesus Christ and was saved at an early age.
She leaves her parents William and Sandra Carlisle (Baytown, Texas), a sister Lyn Williams and husband Tobey (Baytown, Texas) brothers, James W. Kraus, Jr. (Baytown, Texas), John H. Carlisle (Tulsa, OK.), Robert H. Carlisle and wife Kristina (Liberty, Maine) and, 2 special children, Ashley and Amanda Richards and a special grandson, Maddox. Nieces and nephews, Shelbi, Hunter, Katelyn, Tobey Jr., Brooklyn, Heather, Brandon, and Hillary, great-niece, Kinzley, great-nephew, Gavin, several cousins and many friends. Preceding her in death are her grandparents, Earl and Betty Webb, Aunt Cherry Kuder (Kenneth) and Uncle Jim Watson (Mattie).
Jamie moved to Baytown, Texas in 1982 and started school at Cedar Bayou Jr. High and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1987. Jamie always had worked somewhere and ended working as an Administrative Assistant at National Tank Services Trimac Transportation Inc. for over 11 years of dedicated service.
Anyone who ever met Jamie knew she had a heart as big as Texas, she was so thoughtful and giving. She seemed to love everyone and all that knew her loved her. Jamie had several pets, dogs, cats, birds and other creatures throughout her life. Jamie’s special love was her dog Sweet Pea. Jamie loved her family to a fault and was always willing to go out of her way for them.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral service time of 12:00 p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, Texas 77521.
