Jeff lived in Baytown all of his life, was a 1967 graduate of Robert E. Lee high School and a retired plumber.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sally Morrison and a brother that he lost in Vietnam, George Owen Spangler.
Survivors include his son, Gary Spangler; daughter, Shonna Spangler; grandchildren, Johnathan Spangler, Sarah Lorraine Hollman and Joshua Daniel Spangler and great-grandchildren, Tyler and Jenny.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 11, 2015 at Navarre Funeral Home. A service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the funeral home.
